I have made different illustrations, here are just a few examples.

This project is the true story about my grandfather, Rasmus H. Emdal, and his trip to Alaska. He called himself Robert Hanson while he stayed in USA, or in Junaiten, as they said. He started very jung as a lumberjack in the woods of California, and lived in San Francisco. This is where he got to know about the Gold rush, and went up there in 1897. Rasmus wrote about his adventures later, and was one of the contributors to the book Gull, given out by Sakarias Ansok in the 1940s. I grew up in his house and got the stories first hand! My script is very true to my gradfather´s original manuscript. My idea was to make a cartoon book, but I didn´t find an editor for this form at the time (early 2000s). I would like to try once more and make an illustrated book on this subject. One of many plans!

Frognersetra is made for a Christmas program at NRK, back in the days when the computer was not an option.

The song about Brynjulf Bie was a part of Portveien 2, a children’s program in the 80s NRK. The illustration was also cover on a song book given out by Gyldendal Norsk Forlag.
